Simulation: Community Care Plan
Complete “Community Assessment” at Shadow Health. In this second of five simulations, you will gather information from Preceptor Shawn and the mayor of Shadowville, Roberta Brooks, about the current state of the city. Then you will travel to different areas of the city and perform a windshield survey to assess strengths and weaknesses of specific locations. Finally, you will synthesize interview and observational data to identify problems and diagnose the community.
