In your five to seven-page paper (not including the title page or reference listing) you are required to have a minimum of five relevant sources from the UMGC Online Library for support (other than the textbook). Relevant sources can include scholarly sources such as articles from the Journal of Management, and Harvard Business Review; trade sources such as TD.org SHRM.org, and government sources such as BLS.gov. If you have a question on relevant sources, please ask your instructor. Keep in mind that whenever you use an idea from an outside source you must include a properly formatted APA Version 7 citation.
